Where can i find a list of patch changes? - Guild Wars Forums

This info is probably available somewhere, but i just can't find it.

Is there a way to see patch notes? like what sorts of changes A.net is making to the game? I read about new features in interviews, but they make a big deal about the "Streaming technology" and that the game world was constantly changing. Is there a list of these changes anywhere?
